Reality check
Overseas buyers pay a lifetime lump sum through the BEX purchasing service, plus shipping and UAE duty, and GROOVE X gives no overseas support, so a repair means sending it back to Japan. We could not open the BEX terms page, so treat UAE shipping as reported, not confirmed.
